We promise fast(within 24 hours) response time by email or phone to your questions or concerns. From the moment you place your order we want to ensure your satisfaction. We will also help keep your Veggies in optimum condition as part of our Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty; we will happily send you a new front button, or bamboo tag, or drawstring, or zipper, or even a patch for your Veggies - at no cost to you.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping of your Veggies pants is  by FedEx ground which takes approximately 3 business days to Canadian destinations and 6 business days to U.S. locations. Orders will be filled within 3 business days, and when your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation and a Fedex tracking number. For orders outside North America, shipping is by Fedex Air and is calculated when the order is placed.

We are sure you will love your Veggies, however if find that your need a different size or wish to return them at any time for any reason; call or email us and we will arrange shipping and if necessary a refund.

At Veggies we believe it is our responsibility and our privilege to be an eco- conscious company and to participate in the work all of us are doing to save and revitalize the earth. In that spirit we have joined 1% For The Planet, which is an umbrella organization for over 1,000 non profits. 1% For The Planet was founded in 2001 by Yvon Chouinard, CEO of Patagonia and Craig Mathews of Blue Ribbon Files. This organization allows Veggies to donate to the non profit groups of its choice and at the same time be, part of something larger, and reap the benefits of being involved with a network of like minded businesses.

Veggies, is a Canadian Company, whose headquarters are in Lake Country which is near the city of Kelowna in the Okanagan Valley in the province of British Columbia. One of the most significant environmental challenges, brought on by global warming, that we are facing here is the devastation caused by the Mountain Pine beetle. This bug has killed thousands of acres of British Columbia's pine dominated forests; and besides creating a horrible visual scar on the landscape that will take many years to heal; there are issues of increased soil erosion, forest fires that must be dealt with. For this reason Veggies will direct its 1% of sales to Organizations locally and globally that are dealing with issues related to harm to the forest.

Veggies Series One - What Does it Mean?

Veggies Series One- means that the pair of Veggies you have purchased is one of a limited series of 1,000 pairs of Veggies. Once this limited edition has been sold the clothing identification tag will become Veggies Series Two. The reason for this is simple, but represents a fundamental change in the way North Americans viewing clothing purchases. At Veggies we believe it is important for the future health of the planet that consumers in North America change their attitude towards clothing purchases, moving from quantity to quality. The act of defining our pants production by series has been done to create the same response that an individual has when purchasing a limited edition of artists print, or a casting of a sculpture; the restricted availability of the item imparts a value to the owner that goes beyond simply its visual qualities. In this spirit, we hope that Veggies are much more than just another pair of pants for you, but a quality garment to worn and cherished for many year s to come. Measuring Information for Men

For Waist:
Measure around where you naturally wear your pants, keeping tape measure a bit loose.

For Inseam:
Using pants that fit well, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
